iCAP

iCAP stands for Interactive Curriculum and Academic Progress. In simple terms, this means that iCAP tells you which classes you need to take to graduate. It's helpful because it shows you which classes you've already taken, and what you have left to complete. iCAP is divided into sections: university requirements, major and minor requirements, Colonnade requirements, and general electives.

Reading the iCAP

A solid green checkmark means you have completed that section. An opaque green checkmark means you are in progress to complete the section. A red X means that you have not completed the section. Each section is divided into sub-requirements, and those have a + if you have completed the requirement, and a - if you have not finished yet.

Getting Help

The iCAP can look confusing at first, so it's very important to regularly meet with your academic advisor. The students who graduate on time are familiar with their iCAP; it lets them know exactly what they need to graduate.
